| Car Quarters is a great repair shop. I always feel like I am treated fairly and not ripped off like most shops these days. Lori at reception is super courteous and takes the time to explain everything to you. If you have any questions she is not able to answer she runs back and get the mechanic to come up front to explain it. They will always tell you what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. I truly feel they put their customers first. Simple example: I had a oil change a couple months ago and I asked them to put 2 new wipers on my car. They did not get both wipers in when I showed up to pick up my car. They out the 1 wiper on and then I left. 2 hours later I got a call from Lori saying that her and a mechanic were stopping by my office to change the second wiper. Highly recommend this shop. |

| Dropped my vehicle off, needed brakes and had odd noise in tires. My local garage had put on my summer tires (closer to home, more convenient), HOWEVER, did not use summer tire lug nuts!!! Mike saved the day! Convenience is not always the best way to go!! Thanks, Mike! Heather |
